How to get your service?

I collected my broadband over 2 months ago, but there wss no cable in my house, and i made appointment in order to set cable. Actually it took two months, after  long lasting wait finish i recieve your Wi-Fi service just one day, then my broadband doesn't work because of your poor service. In which means when received overdue payment bill i already talked your manager who told me there was no payment your account because you didn't receive any service, but your service team worker still waste my time, they send me wrong payment bill instead of giving good service. What should I do? I'm thinking about cancellation now

Just let us know when your services were installed and if you're receiving no service at all on both wired and wireless broadband devices?
