How to get default account removed from credit report

Hi…I used to be a virgin media customer then had to leave due to moving house. I closed off my account but showing as a default on my credit report. Can anyone advise how to get this removed as have no outstanding bill.

The envelope should be in the top right.. can you try a different web browser or tilt your phone landscape to see if this now comes up at the top please?
