As above, how can I get Virgin to remove cable from my property.

As starters for six...

1: Are you a current Virgin Media customer?

2: Does the cabling present any health & safety issue? If yes - can you post some photos?

Thank you for getting in touch with us regarding cable removal. We usually do not undertake this type of work unless the cable is posing a risk to health and safety.

 

As mentioned by @japitts, are you a current VM customer? Also are you able to provide images so we can best assess this cable and see how best to help?
