How to contact Virgin???

Can somebody PLEASE tell me how to get in touch with Virgin?  I've got a problem with my latest bill and can find NO WAY of contacting these people without going to an O2 shop, which I can't do since I'm disabled.  There is no 'phone number listed anywhere and whenever I try to message them I get this . . .

The numbers to ring are 150 free from a VM landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone (chargeable as standard UK landline phone no.).

The VM Forum Team should be able to help you when they reach this thread.
