How to contact Virgin to downgrade?

Virgin provide lots of easy ways to upgrade services but I can’t find how to contact Virgin to get it to downgrade my  broadband package as I no longer need the M350 fibre and can save money by changing to M200 fibre. Directions ‘how to’ please

Exacly the same process for account changes as it's always been...

150 from a Virgin phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.

Choose the options for "adding and removing services"
