Hi. Can anyone give me a number or email address to actually cancel my account? I spent 5 hours on some sort of WhatsApp hold earlier only for the person I got in touch with to be completely useless. I'm not sure I've experienced a customer service so relentlessly awful as VM and can't wait to go to a provider that doesn't treat their customers like dirt.
