I’m not going to waste my time calling the sales line for them to try and get me to stay.
I don’t want to be in a queue for ages wasting my mobile package minutes.
I just want to stop my contract as soon as it’s finished.
How I am able to do this online?
Why would VM's management want to make it easy for customers to leave? There's no online cancellation option. You phone them, or you write to them. as per Section N of the T & Cs.
