I've tried to call customer services many times today, been on hold between 12mins to hours with the call dropping off every time and not having spoken to anybody at all!
I am a broadband only customer and need to cancel my contract as I am moving to a property where Virgin is not available.
I really don't know what else do to besides cancel my direct debit payments as a proof that I have made attempts to contact Virgin yet nobody has responded.
Is there any other way I can formally cancel my contract besides waiting on a phone call for hours for it only to get dropped on me?
