How to Cancel Virgin

Jask1

This afternoon I signed up for a Virgin broadband package which included anytime home phone calls and an O2 SIM card, but I have since reconsidered my decision and now wish to cancel it before I receive the broadband router and SIM card and before an engineer calls to install it. However, I have been unable to get through to Virgin on the phone because of very lengthy waiting times. This evening when I tried again for at least the fourth time the Answer Bot didn't recognize my telephone  password, so I was absolutely unable to get anywhere. I've never experienced this level of difficulty in getting in touch with any organisation before. They don't even allow you to email them. Can someone please help.

Hello Jask1,

Sorry to hear of the issues getting in touch with the team to cancel your order, we appreciate the frustration and you taking the time to raise this via the forums and welcome to the community.

Our web chat, telephone team and messaging service is based on availability and can be difficult to get through on during busy periods. We also have these contact methods available . As carl_pearce has mentioned, calling the team at 8am is an option. There are some option here also.

If you can give the team a call on 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 option 1, option 4 then option 4 this will get you through to the contracts team who will be able to look into this further for you.
