Just started on virgin, and I have an 18 month contract. Its been **bleep** so far. Dropped connections, and they won't do anything about it. I pay 33.99 a month for a 200mbps service and weekend calls. How much would my cancellation fee be? Am I even allowed to cancel? They said its capped at 240, so I assume its gonna be 240? I'd pay that tbh.
the forum staff should be able to check your equipment remotely, current there is a bit of a wait up to a week, in the mean time Would need to check the signal levels if could go to http://192.168.0.1 or if using modem mode http://192.168.100.1 clicking router status top right or bottom of page depending on hub [no need to login - depending on hub] and if could copy/paste the downstream, upstream, network log, don't worry about the formatting we can easily read it.. try and avoid using screen shots..
