I am happy i got a package but the offer price was not the sameI am paying more than the offer and this is not fair, you can see this on my account when i requested the package
i should be paying an extra £5 not £8 your Team should honour what a customer is offered via https://my.virginmedia.com/my-offers/index for the bundle i requested and this is not the case
