If you upgraded over the phone it's usually instant unless you are also receiving new equipment, in which case it won't happen until you receive and install the new equipment.
If you upgraded online, or by whats app, or sms, then it usually takes around 72 hours as the regrade needs to be input manually. It can also take longer in times of high demand but usually within 7 days.
