How long does it take for a speed upgrade to be applied?

Hi,

I upgraded to the 1gb service via the web on the 4th Oct 23. I was sent the contracts and an estimated start date for the upgrade being the 7th Oct.

I’ve not had any further update regarding a activation date and logging into my account it still shows my package as M500.

How long do these upgrades take?
