Not been able to log into my account for emails or virgin on the go since July this year. Going round in circles and finally spoke to someone on here 14th December to be told IT would have to look into this. Tried once which did not work so back to IT and still waiting. Been with Virgin since they started but now feel this is shocking service and really should get some compensation for not been able to get into accounts for months now and no one seems to be able to sort it! Will be leaving Virgin when my contract ends this year and would certainly not recommend them if you cannot use all their services.
