Hi, I have been a customer since the NTL days but have become more and more frustrated as I feel as a long time customer I am taken advantage off.
I am currently on what is left of an old VIP package but I as I never use my land line and only really watch the traditional terrestrial TV channels, so paying over £100 for my broadband is crazy...
I have seen some good packages available for new customers but I have been told I do not qualify for these.
So, how long to I have to go to another supplier for before I can access these new customer deals?
Surely the issue here is simply you’ve been wasting money on services you say you don’t need?
Go broadband only and connect your TVs to Freeview.
