My main issue is that there is no response with anyone from customer services either by phone or by on-line chat
I have waited in excess of 4-5 hours (more than once and gave up) - which indicates that there is no one at their station and if working from home - probably not doing their job but watching daytime TV or worse..
I do not accept the argument 'we are very busy' not do I accept the argument that 'our call centres are not manned' because you are working from home and so there would be no disruption in business.
So my question is - apart from being forced to raise a complaint - how do I get to speak to someone about my service in the future ?.
