Hi,
I have an outstanding issue with Virgin when i moved house and they simply cannot get the transaction right. I have spent 22 hours on the phone since August 1st and many more waiting in a queue. I get so far speaking to someone then i get passed along at least 5 or 6 times until i'm cut off, (and this has happened multiple times since August the 1st). I have tried the online chat, emailing and waiting for someone to call me back but they never do! And i still can't resolve my issue. All i want to do is pay my bill but i have a query on it.
What is the best way to speak to a human being at virgin media ?
