I accidentally registered for WiFi with the wrong email (a typo missing one letter) so now we can't see our welcome email with our account number to call or set up an account in order to change said email. Our router was supposed to be delivered today but it hasn't arrived and we desperately need to get access to see if there have been any updates. They have my phone number and my housemate's, but we've only received one welcome text with no account number . How on earth do we get through the robot to speak to a human on the phone????
