How do i set up a direct debit?

I've moved house and for some random reason they have cancelled my dd. First I knew was when I realised it hadn't come out. I've now made a payment but it's not letting me click on direct debit in my account. I've tried online message but so far been waiting for 45 mins for a response.

The easiest way to get a hold of someone is to message our first-line support on our live online chat. They are the best chance of getting someone to fix this issue.
