I had Virgin installed on Saturday and have had nothing but horrors ever since, from the mess of the install, to the tv and phone.
I had an engineer booked in to visit this morning but when he arrived said they'd have to come back in about 3 weeks and wouldn't even check the outside wiring. I understand with what's going on at the minute but I have 0 symptoms and working from home.
I've been cut off and hold numerous times. What's the best way of giving my notice in the 14 day period?
