How do I renegotiate or cancel if I cant speak to someone ?

Hi,

 

Im posting here because due to obvious reasons I cant get hold of anyone on the phone at the moment.

My contract is coming to an end, I need to either cancel or renegotiate a new deal, how do I do this at present ?

I have the same problem. I have been trying to get through on the phone for over a month now. I was directed to the text service which is rubbish. It takes you round in circles and I am still no where. I am now due to pay a second bill for the higher amount, I'm fuming.

try early in the morning at about 8. People are able to get through it might take longer.

and the higher amount is the agreed drive on the contract.
