How do I give 30 days notice on Sky Sports when call centres are closed?

And why can't I do it by email? 

Tried to call today, message says closed.  Searched website, can't find a downgrade option.  Emailed, got automated message saying no emails.  Instant messaged, still waiting for a response 2 hours later.  This is very frustrating.

Hi PearlyQueen,

It's only  a few of the offshore call centres that are closed. VM have agents working in UK call centres and from home so I suggest you try calling again.

Just send  a text with a description of regrade  to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It's not instant and may take a few days

You can also call  150 from a Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, options 1,1 and 4 (Changes to your package) but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues

Package reductions have always been a call-C/S thing, it can often have an impact on the rest of your bundle so not well suited to online self-service.

The current C/S wait times are certainly unfortunate.
