How do I get to my Primary Account to view my bills?
I started my account with 'blue yonder' over 20 years ago, but I no longer have a 'blue yonder' e-mail address and I haven't had one for years, so having any information sent to that address is not an option.
Whenever I get notification of a bill on my Virgin e-mail address (the one I always use) and I log in using the account details that I've used for years with Virgin, it tells me that this is a secondary account so I can't view it.
I also can't access any information re upgrades etc.
This is driving me mad.
How do I a) get to my primary account and change it or b) make my so called 'secondary' account my primary account?
PS If I log out from my secondary, I am not given the option to log in on any other account, so clearly I only have the one!!
