Hi. I am writing on behalf of my dad. He has no idea what package he has or how long he’s had it but he’s paying over £40 per month just for tv. No email or broadband. This can’t be right. I only have a bank statement ref number. He can’t find any account number or password so I can’t get very far. I have phoned to get a password sent out but that will take days. Any ideas please? thanks. Sue

I understand you want to help your dad with his account, is he able to check his details via his online account? If he's forgotten the details, can he perform a password reset to get back in?
I'm sorry but we're not able to divulge any information about his account unless you have the Power of Attorney I'm afraid and it will be best to wait for the letter to arrive so your dad can access his account to get the required details.
