How do I claim Google Nest Offer

Hello,

When I signed up for my Virgin Media on 26 July, it came with an offer of a Google Nest hub Max offer. 

My understanding was that that I could claim after paying my first. I paid my first bill a couple of days ago.

Please could someone from the Forum Team kindly let me know the next steps to claiming the Google Nest hub Max offer?

Have you had any emails with a code or delivery confirmation from us? If they have not appeared in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder too.

I have again checked my email inbox (spam/junk folder) and can confirm that I did not receive any emails with a code or delivery confirmation from virgin media.

Please help!
