How do I cancel or reduce package

Has anyone been able to reduce their package or cancel and how did you manage it ? I've been trying for 6 weeks without success. I don't have 4 hours to wait for a response online, I don't have hours to wait on the 'phone for a response, I could upgrade at the press of a button online but not reduce. In the days where people's incomes are reduced Virgin should be ashamed of themselves for making it so difficult, Can anyone help ?

With regards to cancellations/downgrade/upgrades/re-negotiations I am afraid they cannot be dealt with in the forum.

Due to the current situation there is a text message only service is available via: 07533051809 Just send a text with the issue you are facing and someone will get back to you as soon as they can. Please bear in mind at this time this service does also have a high load and may take quite some time getting back to you. You can also call in on 150 or 0345 454 1111 best times to call are first thing in the morning, use the option "Thinking of leaving", but again wait times my be long.

Alternatively if you are looking too cancel as per T&C you can write too Virgin Media Sales Operation Support, Diamond Plaza, Daleside Road, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, NG2 3GG
