Hello,
My contract ends shortly (one day) and I have been trying to get in contact with Virgin but no-one answers the phone, despite my being on hold for hours, and today they actually disconnected the call saying they're closed (6:20pm on a Saturday).
There is NO provision to cancel services on their website, even though the automated phone message keeps trying to refer everyone to the web.
I don't want to have to cancel my direct debit without informing Virgin first that I'm leaving, but if they don't answer the phone I will have to.
Does anyone know what to do?
