How do I cancel my contract without having to phone

I am an NHS worker and I have received details of a price hike from 1st March. I was told that I can cancel without penalties. After a hard day at work the last thing I want to do is to spend hours on the phone . Can someone assist me please?

I have been on the phone now on hold to the disconnection team for 25 soul destroying minutes. I have been a customer for more than 20 years and have finally had enough. No one is answering and I have been on hold. I am literally at my wits end. An email should be sufficient to cancel at any time so that your intent is registered - but apparently they can't do that. I have now hung up as I am working. Disgusting customer service as usual.

  • Wait for a VM staff member to reply on here (5 - 10 days).
  • Phone VM
  • Webchat VM
  • Text VM
  • Read the link I posted to your contract which shows you can cancel by post.
