I have tried several times to call VM to cancel my contract. Firstly I'm offered sport via the automated service and then I'm put on hold for a very long time. I've given up eventually each time. I've gone into my account and it's not possible to cancel from there. Please help. I desparately want to leave Virgin Media!
I hung on the line for 22 minutes just now to VM. After listening to music for all this wait it started to ring. I assumed this was me being put through to a customer service advisor but then eas cut off. This is an absolute disgrace.

Please bear in mind at this time this service does also have a high load and may take quite some time getting back to you. You can also call in on 150 or 0345 454 1111 best times to call are first thing in the morning, use the option "Thinking of leaving", but again wait times my be long.
