How do I cancel my Broadband Contract?

My M100 broadband package at the £27 per month promotional offer is ending on 6th October 2020. I would like to notify Virgin Media that I do not want to continue my contract after this period and cancel the contract once the 12 month period ends on 6th October.

I have searched the website and it is very difficult to find a simple answer to this common practice, notifying a business that I wish to cancel my contract at the end of the initial term.

I have already arranged a new contract with a competitor as I did not get offered a good enough deal to stay with Virgin Media.

Can someone tell me exactly how I cancel my contract with Virgin Media?

With regards to camcellations I am afraid they cannot be dealt with in the forum.

Due to the current situation there is a text message only service is available via: 07533051809 Just send a text with the issue you are facing and someone will get back to you as soon as they can. Please bear in mind at this time this service does also have a high load and may take quite some time getting back to you. You can also call in on 150 or 0345 454 1111 best times to call are first thing in the morning, use the option "Thinking of leaving", but again wait times my be long.

Alternatively write too Virgin Media Sales Operation Support, Diamond Plaza, Daleside Road, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, NG2 3GG
