I have tried calling various phone numbers - they just refer me to the online chat that just refers me back to the numbers. No use.
I have tried the text service - no reply.
I have tried sending a signed-for letter as described in the contract - no use and no reply.
What do I actually need to do to cancel my contract? I have left the property and I am still being billed.

Around the 8th of August.
I included account number, area reference, DOB, name, address etc and the password for the account - i'm not sure about security answers.
The letter had been received as it had been signed for.
