How do I actually cancel my contract? It's impossible

I have tried calling various phone numbers - they just refer me to the online chat that just refers me back to the numbers. No use.

I have tried the text service - no reply.

I have tried sending a signed-for letter as described in the contract - no use and no reply.

What do I actually need to do to cancel my contract? I have left the property and I am still being billed.

when did you send the letter.
Did it included all your account details and security answers?

Around the 8th of August.

I included account number, area reference, DOB, name, address etc and the password for the account - i'm not sure about security answers.

The letter had been received as it had been signed for.

so its not been 30 days yet. you must give 30 days notice.
Signed for doesn't mean actioned or read.
