I really need to speak to someone regarding help with a payment. My payment is over due. Can pay on Tuesday but got a txt today to say I will be cut off but I really can't have this as my son has autism and is struggling atm so need to put a hold on my services being suspended until Tues but can't speak to any one grrrr thanks
I share your concern. This is because I also need to get in touch with someone on the telephone as the text messaging system to a VM broadband (+447533051809) is not efficient. You could try logging onto virginmedia.com and then look at the middle section and you will see an icon called 'Get in touch'. I do believe that you could try calling them tomorrow morning. At this moment, I can't click on it because they are shut. Please make sure that you are not using a VPN or the icon will not be available for you to click on it. I will be making my call tomorrow morning.
