I recently got an oomph bundle that should include a sim card. I have not received this simcard. I am now trying to find a way to send a message or live chat, so that I can request this to be send. However, all links on the community board send me to either this forum or to FAQ's which don't help my situation.
Or you can wait for one of the forum team to get to this thread, which usually also takes a few days, although I'm not sure if this is an issue they can resolve. The forum staff are good, usually better than the call centre staff, but don't have access to exactly the same tools and systems as some of the call centre staff.
My setup: VM TV box, M350 Fibre broadband with Hub 3 in modem mode connected to a Netgear R7000 router. Telewest/VM user since 2001.
