How can I send a message to virgin media?

Hi,

I recently got an oomph bundle that should include a sim card. I have not received this simcard. I am now trying to find a way to send a message or live chat, so that I can request this to be send. However, all links on the community board send me to either this forum or to FAQ's which don't help my situation.

The only link I can find about live chat is this https://www.virginmedia.com/shop/contactus/experiencing-an-issue, but where it says "If you would like to message us, just click the button below to get started." there is no button there.

Report the missing sim by calling 150 from a VM landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.  Calling at 8am on weekdays seems to be best.

If you can't get through on the phone then VM are recommending you send a text to 07533 051809 describing the issue and you should get a response, but it may take a day or two at present. This is a text only service, it does not support voice calls.

Or you can wait for one of the forum team to get to this thread, which usually also takes a few days, although I'm not sure if this is an issue they can resolve.  The forum staff are good, usually better than the call centre staff, but don't have access to exactly the same tools and systems as some of the call centre staff.
