How can I downgrade my package if I have no access to VM account?
I have had some of the most horrible support services I could imagine from VM support.
The main account holder isn't living with us anymore. And, every time I call their incompetent support services, to ask them about the unbelievable price hike(46.25)( broadband-only) and how can I downgrade it or even control the account. They say that they will send a password via post but never happened.
How can I leave this terrible service and move to another provider if you are not the account main holder?
