How can I downgrade my package if I have no access to VM account?

Hello

I have had some of the most horrible support services I could imagine from VM support.

The main account holder isn't living with us anymore. And, every time I call their incompetent support services, to ask them about the unbelievable price hike(46.25)( broadband-only) and how can I downgrade it or even control the account. They say that they will send a password via post but never happened.

How can I leave this terrible service and move to another provider if you are not the account main holder?

you really have answered your own questions

you are not the account holder

and only the account holder can cancel - so you need to contact the account holder and get them to cancel or transfer the account to you
