How can I cancel my contract with all customer services (email, chat & phone) down?

I am trying to cancel my broadband contract but I can supposedly only do this via phone. I have been trying the customer service number twice for OVER an hour each time with no response. Customer service over chat cannot help either and the email address seems unavailable.
I am now paying for a contract which I do not want to be in.
Can someone help with how I can cancel my broadband contract?
