I have tried every possible means of contacting a real person at VM, to find out how to arrange an engineer visit to move my cable box (as the wall where the cable is located is being taken down). I've called, hung on for ages and then was directed to the website. I eventually managed to set up a webchat, with an really annoying bot which kept looping back and asking me the same questions, but after multiple repeats, I eventually managed to persuade the bot to connect me to a real person ... 24 hours ago, and I am still waiting.
To be honest, I'm now at the point where I think I'll have to switch providers. The webchat option is ridiculous as I cvan't sit at my PC
