I currently have a 200MB package deal with VM and my Super Hub 2 has started playing up, I have tried all the support recommendations and nothing is resolving the issue which seems to revolve around security.
My contract is up for renewal so I thought I would upgrade and get a new Hub as part of the deal. Is the VM website the only website where you cant upgrade? Every option I press to upgrade just says "oops something went wrong"...I have tried to get on live chat and again it is not working.
I want to potentially pay you more money and yet you dont seem to want to accept it....
Anyone have any easy routes to actually get in touch with someone that doesnt involve me being on the phone for hours?
