So I receive a reply to my complaint which hasn’t even addressed the issues. Ironically the letter says Sumona Sarkar has carried out a ‘thorough investigation’. She provides a complaint reference and a phone number that doesn't even go through to complaints...now on hold yet again. I feel the only option is to find a new provider and take my complaint further to the communications Ombudsman.

Hi TVissues, I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the service and have had to raise a complaint regarding this.
