It's a month since I lodged a complaint with Virgin and I'm finding it impossible to get anything approaching a response. I'm deaf so can't call even if they ever answered the phone, I've spent literally hours waiting and waiting and waiting on the online chat thing. I'm now in the middle of a length chat with some for of bot by text message but that seems to be going nowhere. Am I really going to have to resort to sending them a registered letter?
A friend also needs to cancel his account after he moved out of a property two months ago, he was promised a call back but has heard nothing - he's not deaf so what number should he call.
