House move has been prosponed and services cut off
I had contacted on Friday as our house move was prosponed due to Covid19 and our services were cut off on Friday. We had been in contact with a girl Zoe last week who explained she did not think we would be cut off, we have been. I tried to message Zoe but no reply so I'm unsure if she is still working, we followed everything she told us to do (rang and text the number she had given) and still we have been able to get through to anyone. Can anyone please help us?
