We were due to move house on 9th April so our package is currently due to be transferred on that date. However, our move date has now been pushed back. I have tried getting in touch through the chat function on the computer, on mobile phone, I have tried calling but keep getting re-routed online. I have even tried to get in touch on social media. No response to any query. I need my internet connection to do my job. How do I get someone to help?
