House Fire

House uninhabitable since fire on 14/04 - on Broadband only contract fixed until Sept. Can't get through by phone - how do I cancel contract, do penalties apply, do I return router (and how).

Can Virgin Media operative respond please.

We'd recommend contacting us via our messenger service, simply text us your query for free on 07533 051 809 ^ between 7am and 11pm Monday to Friday, 8am and 8pm Saturday to Sunday and a member of our team will be happy to help. 

 

If you're still in a contracted term it may be that the remaining contract charges would be applicable as advised here virg.in/EDF but given the circumstances our agent will be able to discuss this further with you.
