Homeless & need help!!!

Hi

Due to our landlord selling up my family have been evicted and been put into temporary accommodation. The wait for housing is well, how long is a piece of string! So we are not using or going to use anytime soon our broadband. I have been on hold on chat and on mobile for 3 days now and no one will answer! 

Its been extremely hard and being disabled with disabled kids we can't take anymore!

Please is there anyone out there who can help?!!!
