So, been switched over to VoIP landline. Informed to plug phone in today 14/11/23 to continue phone service.
Got home after work restarted router and plugged phone in. All works great.
Logged into my account to see pending landline rental charges from 12/11/23 totalling £19.63 in the "additional charges" section.
I'm on 1gb volt package including tv, broadband & weekend phone calls and line rental with 12 months left on my contract.
Virgin Media are not going to charge me extra for having a landline box doing nothing are they?
