Hi,

I have moved house and virgin were supposed to complete my installation on 11th September.

This has been delayed to 6th October due to needing permission to install cables outside the property.

I have tried to call multiple times to ask if permission has been granted or if it will get delayed again/I am waiting around without TV, broadband and landline for nothing.

No one on any phone call could give me an answer please can someone help with what is going on.

I have no broadband, landline and TV for over a month now and no one at virgin media can tell me if they have permission to do the cabling work required for my install - so I could be waiting a month to then be told they can't do it.

Please someone help I am elderly and I need help.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Its not good at all that you have been left in limbo with no information regarding your delayed installation.

I would like to take a look into this for you.
