Home Move

Help please.

I need to re-instate a home move that was cancelled due to Coronavirus but is now going ahead at a later date (15th May).

I can not afford for the services to continue to run whilst I do not live there but cannot contact anyone at Virgin as all of the call centres are closed for my query.

How on earth am I supposed to cancel my services, I have only got 4 days left to do this.
