I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Have you previously had an account with us using your specified email address @DanuTz?

 

Are you able to try and register using a different email address? If not, please let me know and we can look into this further.

Well, don't ask me for an email. with trying to create an account with account number, and zone 21 and the name and it doesn't work ,here's a picture

Thanks for the screenshot - we are unable to see this as it has been blocked for containing personal details.

 

Can you please confirm if your services  have been installed yet? You won't be able to create an online account until your services have been activated at the property.

Hello, yes I got the router and the internet goes.. Internet services go smoothly. I just can't create an account.
