Ive recently bought the sky sports bundle and then went to add the channels in hd through my tv box but it wont let me.

What happens when you try to add this? Can you explain what steps you're following, and what happens?

Hi its a v6 tivo box and it comes up with a phone number and says you will need to call but was hoping I could do it through here or live chat. But live chat doesn't work.
If the onscreen message says you need to call, I'd follow the advice 😉
I'll wager your account has some bundle or promotional discounting that's upsetting whatever automated system the V6 is trying to access.
