Virgin took £51 from my bank but I don't know why they said it wasn't them but they would investigate and get back to me within 48 hrs which was Tuesday but they haven't got back to me so should I now stop any further payments and report a fraud . I can't do anything because it says I only have a secondary account which I've complained about several times before and it was supposed to be rectified so where do I go now as contacting them seems almost impossible
